Leads the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions for NGS data processing. This role involves building full-stack applications for hybrid local/cloud environments, integrating job and task management systems and supporting regulated clinical lab operations. The engineer will also ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and Class III medical device software standards, while collaborating with globally distributed development teams.

Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field. Foreign degrees accepted plus 2 years' experience as a software engineer or computer programmer, including full-stack development with Django, React, SQL/PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS)
Work Conditions:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Natick, MA. Core hours are 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Availability for after-hours calls with international teams is required.
