A large group looking to expand one of their pods. You would be joining a 10+ physician pod that utilizes the help of multiple NP’s and PA’s. Call is 1:5. Hospital inpatient population average is 30 per physician. A 2-year track to a partnership with minimal buy-in. Competitive Starting salary with a sign-on bonus. Comprehensive Benefits. 6 weeks’ vacation, 8 weeks in year 2, and 10 weeks as a partner.
