The practice is structured into multiple pods, and the incoming physician will work alongside three other nephrologists and a nurse practitioner while covering multiple hospitals and dialysis units in the immediate area. Weekend call is shared on a 1:4 rotation , ensuring a balanced schedule. A partnership opportunity is available after three years , providing a clear pathway for long-term career growth.
