About The Role

As the General Manager, you will lead your team in delivering a profitable store business plan. Your responsibilities include achieving key metrics, executing the brand vision, driving sales growth, and fostering a best-in-class customer experience through effective leadership in Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and Talent Development.

What You'll Do

• Analyze results, identify opportunities, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive KPIs
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales
• Manage store budget supporting the P&L
• Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting, and developing talent
• Coach and develop team members to enhance performance
• Implement and execute Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives
• Create an inclusive environment
• Maximize efficiencies and productivity through action plans
• Perform Service Leader duties
• Represent the brand and understand competitors
• Promote community involvement
• Leverage OMNI channels to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Ensure compliance with all standards

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience
• College degree or equivalent preferred
• Proven ability to deliver results
• Effective communication skills with customers and staff
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office; work with chemicals; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed
• Strong business acumen, time management, planning, and prioritization skills

Salary Range: $58,600 - $80,500 USD. Compensation varies based on qualifications, experience, and location.
