Job Description
Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description We are a manufacturer of mobile medical offices for customers such as Red Cross for mobile units that are used for blood donors or even mobile offices for veterinarian clinics. We are in need of 4 production workers. These candidates will be responsible for building these mobile offices from scratch, which will require using hand tools and power tools.
Responsibilities - Build mobile medical offices from scratch using hand tools and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Assemble components using various tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, drills, and saws
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure, micrometers, and calipers
- Operate machines and equipment as required
- Work collaboratively in a team setting to meet production goals
Essential Skills - Mechanical aptitude and experience
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting tape measures accurately
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of assembly and machine operation
Work Environment This is a very clean facility with around 40 employees. Candidates must be comfortable working in a team setting. The facility is also climate-controlled.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
