Metric Geo are partnered with a General Contractor in the Southeast to help hire an experienced General Superintendent to oversee daily operations on a Hyperscale Data Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities, supervising subcontractors and field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery.
• Coordinate closely with project management to maintain schedule, budget, and scope.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire suppression installations, ensuring alignment with design intent and mission-critical performance standards.
• Drive safety culture through regular site audits, toolbox talks, and enforcement of company safety policies.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in construction management, with 5+ years as a Superintendent or General Superintendent on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, MEP coordination, and critical environment standards.
• Proven leadership managing large field teams and multiple trade partners.
• OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications required; LEED AP or PMP preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
