Program Description Perfect Game's Internship Program provides a unique opportunity to spend your college Spring/ Summer learning with the best team in youth baseball!
We're looking for students who love baseball and want a true trainee experience during the Spring/ Summer. We offer single-season or several-season programs, depending on your school schedule. Various roles are available depending on your background and interest. Possible assignments may include scouting, administration, DiamondKast, retail merchandise, Social Media, onsite operations, customer service - just to name a few. We want to help you learn the in's and out's of organizing and hosting world-class youth, amateur baseball events over a series of seasons, so you'll have a solid understanding of what your career at Perfect Game could look like after you graduate.
This is a paid internship. Pay rate will vary based on location and role(s) assigned.
This is 100% onsite in the location to which you're assigned .
Please note that this internship is not open to remote work .
REQUIREMENTS - A passion for the game of baseball
- A desire to work in the sports industry during and after graduation
- Willingness to go above and beyond
- A coachable attitude
- Solid team mentality
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to think on your feet, handle conflict and solve problems in the moment
- Valid driver's license
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
