  • Hourly pay: $70/hr

  • 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment

A leading enterprise software solutions company seeks a Global Mobility Manager . The successful candidate will provide employees with an exceptional experience as they relocate across various countries.

Global Mobility Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with external vendors (Immigration, Tax and Relocation) to facilitate exceptional service delivery.
  • Act as SME consulting with stakeholders in HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support our growing population of relocating workmates.
  • Evaluate candidate immigration status to validate right to work strategy.
  • Resolve issues by facilitating stakeholder discussions that balance business needs, employee experience and risk based on ever changing Immigration requirements.
  • Consult with employees regarding immigration, relocation and tax treatment.
  • Consult with hiring managers on relocation benefits/ packages, coordinate immigration and tax evaluation with external vendors where applicable.
  • Review mobility business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee program management functions for global mobility services in EMEA region.

Global Mobility Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing the resolution of complex global tax issues within a high-growth global company.
  • 3 years overseeing corporate global immigration and relocation programs in EMEA.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • GMS Certification is a bonus.
  • A trusted advisor and partner who optimizes business relationships to ensure a compliant, fair, and consistent outcome for global issues that arise.
  • Awesome communication and customer care skills with a focus on empathy and sensitivity to intercultural complexities.
  • Excellent operational skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and apply excellent judgment.
