**About the Role:**
We’re looking for a skilled ads manager to handle our paid marketing campaigns. This is a remote, part-time role focused on driving results through Google Ads and Facebook retargeting campaigns.
**Responsibilities:**
* Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase leads and conversions.
* Set up and manage Facebook retargeting ads to re-engage potential clients.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for best results.
* Provide regular reports on ad performance.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
* Ability to create retargeting strategies and manage budgets efficiently.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
