Help Desk Technician

We are hiring entry-level IT support technicians to support our government client. This individual will be responsible for fielding calls directly from various government agencies.
They will be required to troubleshoot issues related to desktop, laptop and hardware technologies. The qualified candidate will have superior customer service skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
