What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Coordinate staff scheduling according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees
• Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk
• Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met
• Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happiness
• Displays professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and conduct
• Ensures hotel is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA

• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English.

• Bi-lingual - Spanish or French/Creole and English.
