Job Description:

The Onboarding Coordinator will serve as the central point of contact for all new hire onboarding processes across the company. This role involves coordinating with various internal departments, maintaining accurate onboarding documentation, and ensuring all compliance measures are met prior to start dates. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days remote each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage onboarding processes for all new hires
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment drug screenings
• Communicate with new hires, hiring managers, and internal HR teams throughout onboarding
• Maintain up-to-date onboarding records and ensure accurate documentation in HR systems
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure new hires are set up for success
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to onboarding enhancements
• Support ongoing team projects and participate in key team meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of onboarding experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details:

• Type: Contract (5-8 weeks) or potential to be Contract-to-Hire
• Schedule: Standard 8-hour day, some flexibility in start/end times
• Background check and drug screen required (includes cannabis)
• Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
