Overview:

WAGE: $17.75/ hour

This is an entry-level, hourly, seasonal position with an anticipated start date in February.

Support the HR department by handling administrative tasks, assisting with associate onboarding, maintaining employment records, and facilitating smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support HR functions such as onboarding and paperwork processing .
• Maintain associate records and files.
• Assist with employee relations and communications.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with an averageof 40 hr/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Some college coursework preferred, especially in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or previous experience in HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, or HR training
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Attention to detail and accuracy
