Job Description
Description We're looking for residential HVAC equipment installers to help our team complete top-notch quality customer service from start to finish.
Trade school or previous experience highly preferred but will consider with other relatable skills.
As an installer in our HVAC department you will be responsible for properly installing units. You will ensure that safety, quality & profitability on install jobs is consistently met. Work week is primarily Monday - Friday starting at 7am. Pay commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities - Work with proper techniques, following all code, and safety requirements
- Reach expectations & goals for position
- Adhere to Company processes and procedures at all times
- At work on time, ready to go by start time daily
- Communicate clearly, show recognition and build rapport with customers and co-workers
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, 1:1's.and with customers
- Shape company culture by living out agreed upon values, specifically ethics and integrity.
