We’re on the lookout for a motivated, experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our residential service team to new heights! What You'll Do:

As our HVAC Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily leadership and development of our residential service technicians. You’ll manage scheduling, setting skills sets and coordinate with dispatch on capacity, drive performance, and ensure we’re delivering five-star service to our customers every time.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Hiring and training new technicians to meet performance and quality standards
• Coaching and mentoring team members through regular ride-alongs, feedback sessions, and technical support
• Leading daily and weekly service meetings to align goals, share wins, and build team morale
• Promoting continuous improvement through soft skills training and customer service coaching
• Monitoring team KPIs and job performance using Service Titan to drive accountability and efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and HVAC industry standards

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience managing a residential HVAC service team
• Strong working knowledge of Service Titan
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills
• Proven ability to train and motivate technicians to succeed
• A commitment to delivering top-tier customer service
• High standards for safety, quality, and professionalism

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
