We seek a highly experienced HVAC/Sheet Metal Divisional Manager to lead and expand operations in Honolulu, HI. This pivotal leadership role focuses on driving business growth, optimizing operations, and leading high-performing teams in the commercial HVAC and sheet metal sectors. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry expertise to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and local building codes and industry standards compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to expand the division's market share in HVAC and sheet metal services across Honolulu and surrounding areas.
• Mentor, manage, and inspire service teams to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and high-performance outcomes.
• Oversee all aspects of HVAC system design, sheet metal fabrication, installation, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, driving customer retention and satisfaction through reliable service and high-quality project delivery.
• Manage division budgets, forecast sales, and allocate resources efficiently to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in the HVAC and sheet metal industry, with a focus on leadership in sales and service operations.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing successful operations within the commercial HVAC and sheet metal sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, installation practices, and local regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the Honolulu market or similar environments with a local and stable work history.
• Advanced leadership or relevant industry certifications in HVAC and sheet metal systems are highly desirable.
