Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for recruiting international talent? We are looking for a Immigration Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic Manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in immigration processes, compliance, and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visa procedures, including H1B, OPT, F1, L-1, TN, and more. This role demands an individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining stringent compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Immigration Recruiting Specialist, you will:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for international hires, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
2. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract and retain top international talent.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
4. Navigate complex immigration procedures and protocols, including H1B, OPT, F1, L-1, and TN visas.
5. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local immigration and employment laws and regulations.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
7. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to manage sponsorship process and ensure seamless onboarding of international hires.
8. Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws and adapt strategies accordingly.
9. Provide ongoing education and consultation to HR and business teams regarding immigration policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration recruiting or a related role in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) preferred.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of immigration processes and visa procedures, including H1B, OPT, F1, L-1, and TN.
5. Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
6. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, with the ability to attract and retain top international talent.
