Requirements:

1. Fluency in Indonesian and either Chinese or English (trilingual candidates are highly preferred).
2. Proven experience in translation and interpretation, especially in technical or industrial sectors.
3. Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, particularly in steel or grinding ball production, is a plus.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Location: Indonesia Contract Type: Full-time, Project-based We are seeking a skilled Indonesian Translator and Interpreter to support our new grinding ball plant in Indonesia, currently under construction. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our international team and local partners, employees, and authorities. Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide accurate translation and interpretation between Indonesian and Chinese/English in both verbal and written forms.
2. Assist in meetings, technical discussions, and negotiations to ensure smooth communication.
3. Translate technical documents, contracts, and reports related to the construction and operation of the grinding ball plant.
4. Support the project management team in day-to-day communication with local contractors and government bodies.
5. Help with the coordination of activities and cultural understanding between international and local teams.
