Job Description

An IT Project Manager job is currently available at Belcan in Evendale, OH 45215. This is a full time, direct hire position with full benefits. To be considered for this role, you must be a US citizen and must possess a Secret Clearance or be willing to obtain one. Additionally, you must hold a CompTIA Security+ certification or be willing to obtain one (or equivalent). Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of Project Management duties covering a broad set of technology.

JOB DUTIES:

* Reviewing and tracking several IT deployments simultaneously

* Work with several other Project Managers and Stakeholders across the organization to time deployment

phases for several independent secured and air-gapped network environments by:

o Managing the release scheduling from a build team

o Monitoring Knowledge Transfer and Transition to Operations (TTO) sessions

o Tracking User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

* Work directly with Senior Managers to enhance project visibility across the business and improve

predictability for the deployment and integration teams.

* Build and maintain relationships by engaging leadership to establish credibility, solve problems, build

consensus, and achieve objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Broad experience in a variety of Project Management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall, etc.)

* Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.

* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

* Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated and decisive with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

* Must be US person and have (or be eligible to obtain) a DoD Secret security clearance, with investigation date within the last five years and IA certifications at or above the level of a Security+.

*Must be able to work 100% onsite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

* Solid examples of previous Project Management duties for IT deployments and how they were accomplished.

* Experience using ServiceNow or another widely recognized project management system.

* PMP (Project Management Professional) or any other PMI advanced certification

* Agile Practitioner or ScrumMaster Certification

Compensation:

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $110,000-$125,000 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
