Automotive Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding

Fountain Inn, SC | Starting at $40/hr + $45 Per Diem

12-Hour Shifts | 7 Days/Week | Tools Provided | Hotel + Mileage Covered

Tired of the same old breakdowns? Ready to turn wrenches where it really matters?

We’re looking for experienced Automotive Injection Molding Maintenance Technicians who can hit the ground running in a high-paced, Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment. If you thrive under pressure, know your way around big iron (1000+ ton presses), and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machinery
• Tackle repairs independently after brief onboarding/shadowing
• Work with UBE, ENGEL, ITM, and Crossgy equipment
• Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO and crane operation (we’ll train you!)
• Regularly lift 50 lbs. and work in wet, hot, and rugged conditions

What We’re Looking For:

• 8–10 years of maintenance experience in Tier 1 or OEM automotive manufacturing
• Recent, hands-on injection molding maintenance experience is a must
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Willingness to commit to a 7-day/week schedule
• Team Lead experience? Even better.
• Own tools are a bonus (but not required—we’ve got you covered)
