This is a 3rd shift position 11pm-7am M-F

Description:

As part of the Novares team, you will set up, monitor, and troubleshoot plastic injection molding machines. Perform and direct the mold and material changing processes. Assure that mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met. Work with production personnel to ensure molded parts meet requirements and make adjustments as necessary.

Main Duties:

• Prepare tooling for quick changeovers while complying with standards
• Ensure production changeover while complying with the standards of the Technical File and minimizing the changeover time
• Launch manufacture by minimizing start-up rejections
• Monitor the process/product and intervene in the event of anomalies to reattain standards
• Guarantee and optimize the good working order of the machines in compliance with the procedures in force (quality, reliability, cost, deadline, safety, environment)

Requirements:

• Experienced with Injection Molding or equivalent experience (Preferred)
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision
