Job Description

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all customer accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving sales growth. You will act as the main point of contact for your customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling our imaging products, medical supplies and services. 

• Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. 
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s medical supply portfolio. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients. 
• Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing our medical supplies. 
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. Report findings to management to help inform strategic decisions. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and service teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and company offerings. 
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce.
• Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly. Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 

Requirements: 

• 5 years of proven sales, revenue generation or similar background strongly preferred. 
• Experience in medical supply sales a plus but not required. 
• Strong verbal skills, customer service and follow-up skills are critical. 
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Job Type: 

• Full-time 

Initial Salary: 

• $50,000 - $65,000 per year plus commission
