We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of inventory, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining optimal stock levels. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our dispensary and requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
• Restocking fulfillment center and vault room.
• Track inventory levels, and manage stock to meet customer demand while minimizing overstock.
• Receive and inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality, ensuring products meet our standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
• Organize and store inventory in a neat and orderly manner, ensuring products are easily accessible and properly labeled.
• Use inventory management software to record and track all inventory transactions.
• Monitor product expiration dates and manage the rotation of stock to ensure freshness.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the handling and storage of cannabis products.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or dispensary setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and TreezPOS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and stand for extended periods.
