Responsibilities: Manage IT budget across all departments and locations, seeking cost reductions without impacting employee or customer experience. Identify and develop technology solutions that improve user or customer experience, mitigate risk, and control costs. Manage and mitigate IT risks such as system downtime, servers, and individual machines. Manage third-party providers, setting expectations and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Forecast future IT needs, including annual capital budgets and 3-5 year planning. Provide setup, support, and training for software, printing, audio/visual, video conferencing, and related needs.
