Position Overview:

The Junior Attorney will work closely with company leadership and external counsel to manage legal matters across various business functions. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts including independent contractor agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements
• Support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Assist in employment law matters and internal policy development
• Provide legal insight on company operations, risk mitigation, and business decisions
• Support handling of disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel when needed
• Maintain and organize legal documentation and ensure timely renewals and filings

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in UTAH
• 0–3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with contract law, employment law, and small business legal issues a plus
