Junior UI/React Developer (Remote)

Requirements

You will need to have a solid foundation in:

1. HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React
2. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, iconography & limitations of the web
3. Ability to develop Web UI that conforms to visual designs delivered via Adobe XD, Figma
4. Ability to consume REST APIs 
5. Git (GitHub or GitLab or another Git variant)

You will need to be able/willing to learn the following quickly:

1. Expertise on responsive, mobile-first, and grid-based layouts, as well as 508 compliant, minimalist, and semantic HTML are a must.
2. Expertise with React Native, Next.js, Gatsby, Node and related UI libraries/frameworks
3. Work with cloud technologies - AWS, Azure, Vercel, Netlify
4. Work with content management systems and digital experience platforms—Contentful, Liferay DXP, and Strapi 

You will need to have the following core competencies:

1. Passion for exceeding expectations and continually growing skills
2. Multitasking skills as you may need to juggle multiple projects at the same time
3. Detail orientation and strong follow-through on personal and team tasks
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Bottom line: We are an Agile shop that expects all of our employees to perform with minimal supervision. We are looking for self-starters with strong time management skills, an understanding of Agile principles and an ability to problem-solve quickly.

This position has an expected salary range of $60,000 - $75,000.

You will also be eligible for the XTIVIA employee bonus plan.
