We’re looking for an exceptional K-12 Content Writer who is tech-savvy, proactive, and eager to create high-quality, curriculum-aligned educational materials. This is a contractor position with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write & Edit with Precision: Develop engaging, standards-aligned instructional content tailored to K-12 learners with a focus on clarity, depth, and accuracy.
  • Innovate & Problem-Solve: Identify challenges in content development and proactively implement solutions that improve efficiency and enhance learning outcomes.
  • Optimize & Streamline Processes – Develop and refine workflows for content creation, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-quality standards.
  • Master the Details: Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to K-12 educational best practices while refining content for clarity and engagement.
  • Own Your Work: Take initiative, meet deadlines, and maintain **high standards** with minimal direction, ensuring deliverables align with project goals.
  • Think Like an Educator: Design content that supports diverse learners, integrates best teaching practices, and fosters academic success.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • K-12 Classroom Experience – Direct teaching or curriculum writing experience is essential.
  • Degree Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy Mindset – Comfortable using Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and digital content tools.
  • Self-Motivation – You’re a proactive problem-solver who thrives with autonomy.
  • Impeccable Attention to Detail – Precision matters.
  • Education & Curriculum Expertise – Experience in K-12 curriculum development, teaching, or assessment writing.
