Job Description

We have a client based in Manhattan looking to add a Kronos (UKG Pro WFM) Techno-Functional Analyst to their team for a 6 month contract.

Location: Manhattan, NYC

Duration : 6 months initially

Pay Rate: $55-60/hr

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with business and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for the UKG Pro WFM upgrade; align with Program Manager to ensure timely delivery.
• Testing & Validation : Lead a team of Kronos analysts in creating, managing, and executing comprehensive test scripts using designated tools; perform integration, load, and stress testing.
• System Configuration Oversight : Ensure accurate configuration and validation of Kronos modules (Timekeeper, Activities, Mobile, Analytics), pay rules, CBAs, payroll, and PeopleSoft pay rates.
• Integration Leadership : Oversee successful system integration with PeopleSoft and legacy platforms using Kronos Boomi middleware; automate data acquisition and coordinate data flows.
• Project Execution & Support : Manage the full SDLC in an agile environment—including design, development, deployment, and operations support of the data integration hub.

Skills, Qualifications & Technical Expertise

• Education & Experience : Kronos, UKG Pro WFM, WFC, PeopleSoft HRMS, SQL, Boomi.
• Data & Development Proficiency : Skilled in developing complex SQL scripts, automating data acquisition from diverse sources.
• Project Lifecycle & Agile : Experienced in DD&I within agile methodology.
• Workforce Systems Expertise : Hands-on implementation and configuration of Kronos Workforce Central Suite and Pro WFM; capable in data cleansing, reformatting, and uploading to Pro WFM.
