About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer to join our NSW Estate Litigation Team. This is a full-time, contract position based in our Sydney CBD office. Reporting to the QLD/NSW Estate Litigation Leader and supported by a broader team, you will be responsible for:

1. Estate litigation, including family provision claims and contested probate claims
2. Breach of trust and financial elder abuse matters

The experience we are looking for

1. 2-5 years PAE within Wills & Estates Litigation
2. Experience in NSW Wills & Estates practice and procedure
3. Some exposure to Queensland Wills & Estates experience is desirable but not essential
4. Strong legal, commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Strong client and relationship building skills
6. Strong client service focus and a passion for helping people
7. Excellent organisation skills and an ability to multi-task
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
9. Ability to provide leadership and guidance to the wider team
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
