Legal Operations Manager - Glendale, AZ Immigration Law Firm

Job Summary:

The Legal Operations Manager will serve as a critical strategic leader responsible for optimizing our legal organization's operational efficiency. This role bridges technology, process improvement, and team performance by developing and implementing comprehensive systems that enhance workflow, ensure compliance, and drive organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver who can transform complex operational challenges into streamlined, effective solutions across our legal services ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Legal Process Optimization

• Streamline and optimize centralized legal processes and workflows
• Identify and advise on case management system improvements to enhance legal efficiency
• Oversee implementation of legal AI solutions and tools to maximize operational performance
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of attorney team and case lifecycle data
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve team efficiency and accountability
• Track and proactively address case processing defects
• Develop and implement preventative process improvements

Compliance and Reporting

• Oversee Bar compliance and reporting requirements
• Monitor and manage potential Bar complaint risks
• Audit and ensure adherence to standardized office processes
• Maintain rigorous documentation and tracking of operational metrics

Office and Team Management

• Manage Arizona office locations and their respective teams
• Create and implement standardized processes for seamless office operations
• Track and resolve in-person customer service issues
• Address operational misalignments and develop strategic solutions

Vendor and Resource Management

• Liaise with property managers, vendors, and outsourced contractors
• Manage technology procurement for office equipment (laptops, desktops)
• Conduct comprehensive inventory management
• Ensure efficient maintenance of office infrastructure and resources

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in legal or professional services
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of legal industry standards and compliance requirements
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
