COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Clinician I

Hiring Range $64,106.95 to $85,475.93
Pay Range $64,106.95 to $96,160.42

Clinician II

Hiring Range $73,396.04 to $97,861.39
Pay Range $73,396.04 to $110,094.06

• Relocation - $20,000 negotiable per needs
• Sign on - 10% of salary negotiable
• Retention 10% of annual salary at 2-year mark. 
• Student Loan Repayment through - NHSC - ISH
• Guaranteed Annual Base Increase up to 7%.
• Educational reimbursement
• Vacation time: Bank up to 400 hours which can be carried over or paid annually.
• Gym wellness 1 day allotted per week

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Child and Family Outpatient Services offers a wide range of supportive care to individuals, children, and families with behavioral health needs. We earnestly work to help our patients along their path of healing present and historical trauma.
• We offer opportunities for Clinicians to provide therapy in the community and in the patient’s home.
• Clinician is responsible for providing clinical interventions tailored to the patients’ needs and preparing them for participation in learning circles.
• This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Clinician I

• Master’s degree in behavioral health field including Counseling, Psychology or Social Work; OR PhD/PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• Obtain Alaska Clinical Licensure in designated field within four (4) years of hire.

Clinician II

• Meets all requirements of Clinician I in addition to the following:
• Two (2) years of supervised clinical work experience for master’s level Behavioral Health; OR two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience for PhD or PsyD level.
