We are looking for energetic, motivated and dedicated INSURANCE AGENTS to join our Sales team!

The successful AGENT will have previous experience:
- Selling personal lines insurance to individuals, including property, automobile or commercial and specialized policies such as liability , flood or recreational vehicle insurance.
- Explain features, benefits, advantages of various policies
- Determine client's particular insurance needs by gathering documents and information
- Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes
- Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled and the completion of appropriate forms
-You must know Windows based computers, MS Office, PL Raters, Carrier Raters, Etc.
· Demonstrate excellent communication skills, speak articulately and persuasively
· Possess strong drive, ambition and goal orientation
· Be available to work M-F from 9:00 am — 5 pm
· Computer knowledge and be able to navigate thru multiple systems, and Phone skills are a must!
· 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License is REQUIRED
· Prior Insurance experience is necessary!
Base pay, plus bonus paid weekly !
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
