Qualifications:

• LLQP licensed a must
• Minimum 1-2 year working experience as an advisor
• Product/ sales experience (required).
• Strong understanding of technology.
• Product/ sales experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client.
• Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sale of life insurance and living benefits. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
• Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
• Meet sales targets.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Job Requirements

• Life Insurance Sales experience (a must).
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to relate to customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Organized, with the ability to problem solve.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media/ technology.
• Ability to motivate and leadership skills.

What we Offer

• In-office on Monday, rest of week is work from home
• Base Pay $40,000 + Commission 50% on Life & Living Benefit Sales (1yrs clawback)
• Or option to go 100% Commission (no base salary) 
• Quarterly & Annual Bonuses

• Access to existing clients for prospecting. Not required to create your own leads/sales pipeline.
