  • Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases
  • Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients
  • Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills
  • Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients
  • Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and a high school diploma are required
  • Must be an effective collaborator who takes a goal-oriented approach to sales
  • State-issued, valid insurance license(s) required: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License
  • Superb written and verbal communications skills required
  • Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; experience using agency management systems considered a plus
