  • Assist in preparing lighting/control layouts, schedules, and drawing sets (Revit/AutoCAD)
  • Collaborate with internal and external project teams
  • Participate in construction-phase services including submittal reviews, site visits, and lighting focus sessions
  • Manage time and tasks across multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (Lighting Design focus preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in architectural lighting design
  • Working knowledge of lighting across all design and construction phases
  • Interest or membership in IALD and/or IES
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for design excellence
  • Flexibility in collaborating with a wide range of design teams, each with its own distinct approach and workflow
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with lighting manufacturers and rep agencies
  • Proficiency in AGi32 or Dialux, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Preferred: Experience with Enscape, Rhino, SketchUp, Illustrator

What We Offer

  • Base salary: $62,000 – $70,000 annually
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, prescription
  • Time off: Generous vacation + paid holidays, including Dec 25 – Jan 1
  • Professional development: CEUs, conferences, memberships
  • Profit sharing and bonus program with 401(k).
  • Flexible work options
  • Career growth in an award-winning firm
