JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Lighting Designer II to manage architectural lighting design projects from concept to completion. You will lead technical production, oversee all project documentation (including drawings, budgets, and schedules), and ensure projects stay on track. This role demands a creative professional with proven project management skills in architectural lighting. You will coordinate with various key players and provide design guidance under senior leadership. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Interior Design, Architecture, or Lighting Design
• Minimum 3-4+ years of experience in Architectural Lighting Design or equivalent
• AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Revu Bluebeam, Agi32 or other light modelling software, COMCheck or other energy compliancy software
• Familiarity with ASHRAE/IES 90.1 Standards, IES Standards and Guidelines and LEED Standards relative to Lighting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel nationally and globally preferred
• Hand drawing skills are a plus
• On-site position, remote work not available
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English

SALARY RANGE: $68K-$75K + Generous Benefits
