Location: New York, NY
Contract Length:13 weeks
Shift: available for all 3 shifts: 12a-8a, 8a-4p, 4p-12a
Pay rate : $ 60 - $ 62 / hour on W2
Schedule note : ***Candidates must be available for all 3 shifts: 12a-8a, 8a-4p, 4p-12a*** - 35 hrs per week - At least 1 yr. experience - Valid license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist issued by NYSED - BLS preferred - Rotating Weekends and Holidays required - Interviews: In-person or Webex
job discerption: seeking Clinical Laboratory Technologists to perform laboratory tests and procedures in the Pathology department. The position requires availability for all three shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays. Candidates must have relevant licensure and at least one year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols.
Analyze and interpret test results accurately.
Maintain, calibrate, and operate laboratory instruments.
Record and report test findings to physicians and healthcare providers.
Follow all safety, infection control, and quality assurance procedures.
Participate in proficiency testing and continuing education as required.
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide quality patient care.
Skills: 1 year Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience.
Education : Valid license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (092) issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification required. BLS preferred.
