SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Coordinate Transportation: Arrange and monitor transportation of goods, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, selecting carriers, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and carriers to optimize routes and minimize costs.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory. Monitor inventory movements, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with procurement teams to replenish stock as needed.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders promptly and accurately. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. Communicate order status to customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in construction, plumbing, or a related field is preferred.
