Luxury Style Advisor - Mens Clothing/Shoes/Furnishings Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States Overview A Brand Ambassador is a sales associate that drives the business through expertise on a specific vendor line. This Brand Ambassador represents the ‘face of the brand' and is responsible for technical knowledge of product, product training and education for other SFA Associates, product feedback to the merchants and vendors and advanced client and business development skills related to sales for the brand. Responsibilities Drive sales for the brand in a specific category and develop/execute strategies to drive overall sales for the brand. Acquire new clients and expand existing client sales to meet or exceed individual sales goals. Coordinate special orders, reserves and product movement between stores to fulfill customer requests. Coordinate department efforts to maximize special events and trunk show focus days. Educate and train SFA Associates on the technical aspects of products (construction, fabrication, design, etc.). Develop partnerships with store colleagues and consultants to promote the line and increase intersell. Act as a liaison between department and vendor representatives; share technical product knowledge to educate customers. Use feedback tools to communicate needs, opportunities, sizing and customer requests to target future growth. Lead by example with highest customer service standards and support overall Local Business Development Plan. Ad hoc responsibilities as needed. You Are/Qualifications Training skills and basic math skills to interpret reports, understand goals and develop selling strategies. 2+ years of selling experience in like product. Benefits package for eligible full-time Associates (medical, vision and dental). Associate discount. Salary and Other Compensation The base pay range is $15.00/hr - $25.47/hr. The starting hourly rate is between $15.00-$25.47 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the Company’s plan.
