Now Hiring: Machine Operators – All Shifts
Location: Fitchburg, WI
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hr (depending on shift)
ABR Employment is seeking reliable Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturing team in Fitchburg, WI. Multiple shifts are available, including weekday and weekend options. If you have prior experience operating machines and want steady hours with room to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
Current Openings – Machine Operator Shifts & Pay:
C-Crew | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotation | $21.20/hr (also days in some departments)
G-Crew | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Weekends Only (Fri–Sun) | $22.00/hr
F-Crew | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Weekends Only (Sat–Mon) | $21.50/hr
H-Crew | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Weekends Only (Sat–Mon) | $22.00/hr
2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday–Friday | $20.00/hr
3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Monday–Friday | $21.00/hr

Responsibilities:
Operate, set up, and troubleshoot thermoforming machinery
Monitor production and ensure quality standards are met
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Complete shift documentation and communicate with next shift
Perform routine maintenance and assist with new product/process development
Follow GMP and all established safety protocols
Train new team members as needed
Qualifications:
Previous machine operation experience required
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to work a 12-hour shift and/or fixed schedule
