Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a large-scale industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance and electrical/instrumentation technicians, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring equipment reliability through sound maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to high performance standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive maintenance.
• Analyze and improve maintenance systems and workflows.
• Utilize KPIs and root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Support and enhance the Equipment Maintenance Plan (EMP).
• Participate in FMEA and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Supervise and support maintenance and E&I technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.
• Use CMMS for work orders, inventory, procurement, and data analysis.
• Oversee performance management, timekeeping, and employee development.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a collaborative and solutions-oriented team environment.
• Provide backup support and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a STEM field (Engineering preferred). Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience with industrial equipment such as evaporators, heat exchangers, centrifuges, boilers, pumps, and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and reliability-centered maintenance.
• CMRP certification or similar is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.
• Deep understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in industrial environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE.
• Capable of responding to emergencies and working outside normal hours as needed.
