- Select and procure equipment, tools, and fixtures that meet Cummins specifications and project needs, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.

- Develop clear, standardized process documentation to ensure consistency, compliance, and ease of training across teams.
\n \n - \n Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving
- Use structured problem-solving and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications Education, Licenses, Certifications: \n - College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.
\n - This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience: - Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
\n
Additional Information: \n - This role will be focused at the Denver Master Rebuild Center, leading projects and operational activities to support Manufacturing Operations.
