Job Overview: Manufacturing Production Supervisor Location: 14955 Truman Street, Ottumwa, Iowa, 52501 Shift: Full-time | 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–9:30/10:00 PM Flexibility required for occasional weekend and holiday coverage. The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of production personnel on multiple high-speed packaging lines. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality packaging of beverage products for storage and shipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach production operators in executing daily and weekly schedules. Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across multiple packaging lines. Manage labor and operating expense budgets effectively. Maintain and complete accurate production records and reports. Monitor and ensure proper functioning and safety of equipment. Analyze production data to identify and implement process improvements. Recommend long-term solutions such as equipment upgrades, procedural changes, and material alternatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
