Overview Employer Industry: SaaS (Software as a Service) Why consider this job opportunity: Opportunity for career growth, learning, and exposure to strategic projects Work remotely in a flexible environment with a collaborative culture Join a marketing team that values creativity and execution Be part of a growing, ambitious company with a global footprint Support from an experienced Head of Events and a collaborative team What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Support the planning and execution of approximately 30 events annually, primarily in the North American region Coordinate logistics for a variety of events, including tradeshows and webinars Manage event registration, attendee communications, and on-site planning Organize and ship marketing materials, swag, and booth assets Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging for all events What is Required (Qualifications) 2-3 years of experience in event planning or a related field Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred) Proven track record of successfully planning and executing various types of events Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when required Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with team members #SaaS #EventPlanning #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #MarketingOpportunities We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
