Russell Tobin + Associates is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. This is a 6+ months contract with potential for extension/conversion for successful contractors!

Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Boston, MA 02114

Duration: 6+ months, with possible extension

Pay rate: $52.00 - 54.00/hr on w2

JOB SUMMARY:

Key job responsibilities (Duties):

• The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information.
• Assist producers/digital leaders/ad managers with production of multiple sport categories, including gathering and organizing content, managing project plans and communicating to internal groups.
• Assist in the creative process from concept to launch for categorical digital communications projects.
• Assist in the creation of digital content and marketing plans.
• Work with digital producers/digital leaders/ad managers to define digital marketing plans, including e-mail, online advertising, etc.
• Support producers/digital leaders/ad managers in the management of external creative agencies through all aspects of digital development.
• Work with marketing on qualitative and quantitative metrics.

Required Experience:

• 6+ years in Sr Management of marketing channels
• Direct experience with managing affiliate, paid search, and Programmatic
• Familiarity with performance marketing - google, Microsoft, DV360, programmatic, and Bing advertising
• Managing budgets of 20mill+ and teams of 3+

Nice to Have:

• Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Mixed media modeling, Jira, and Asana
• Reporting measurement forecasting
• Excel, familiar with keynote, presentation skills
• BIG PLUS - Graphic Design experience, can make pretty presentations
