About the Role:

As a Mechanical CAD Operator, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your main objective will be to produce accurate and high-quality designs that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all designs are in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating design files and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in mechanical Drawing or related field
  • At least two (2) years experience as a Mechanical Drafter.
  • Understanding of mechanical design principles and construction documents.
  • Expertise in AutoCad, Revit proficiency highly preferred.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed technical drawings and schematics using CAD software
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Produce accurate and high-quality designs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Maintain and update design files and documentation
  • Availability to work in the office.

As a Mechanical CAD Operator, you will use your proficiency in CAD software and attention to detail to create accurate and high-quality designs. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in collaborating with the engineering team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and team members to ensure project success. Your knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, as well as experience with 3D modeling software, will be beneficial in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
