Lido Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Media Buy - Ad Operations Specialist to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborating closely with Media Buyers, this role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our ad campaigns and account management. If you're a problem-solver with a knack for managing ad accounts and troubleshooting technical issues under tight timelines, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up new user accounts for advertising platforms, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
• Warm up ad accounts to maintain compliance and optimize ad performance.
• Set up new agency accounts, managing key technical requirements for campaigns.
• Respond to user comments on ad platforms to drive additional sales.
• Manage account top-offs and wire requests to ensure uninterrupted campaign spending.
• Oversee the setup of offers and campaigns using LeadMacro, ensuring accurate tracking and performance optimization.
• Conduct QA on campaign tracking systems, solving issues and ensuring data accuracy for all active campaigns.
• Manage Google Tag Manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or ad operations, with a focus on account management and campaign setup.
• Familiarity with ad platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
• Strong technical skills in managing account setup and tracking (including using Google Tag Manager, GTM), and troubleshooting campaign issues.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all account and campaign setups are executed with precision.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless operations.
