We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant with Medical Coding and Billing experience (or vice versa) to join our instructional team. The ideal candidate is versatile able to move between Medical Assisting (MA), Medical Coding and Billing (MCB), and Mod 1 courses.
No teaching experience? No problem we'll train you to teach!
Teach core courses in Medical Assisting and Medical Coding & Billing programs.
Deliver engaging lessons in classroom, lab, and online settings.
Use EHR and billing software systems in instruction.
Mentor students to support retention, certification readiness, and externship success.
Create a positive and professional learning environment.
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
35 years of combined clinical and/or coding & billing experience
CPR certification preferred
Knowledge of EHR and billing software systems
Strong communication and mentoring skills
No teaching experience required we provide training
