The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supports the Pharmaceutical Organization that has an opening for Medical Writer III (Associate Director Level) 100 % Remote

Job Description

Seeking an Associate Director-level Medical Writer with a minimum of 3 years’ pharmaceutical industry experience, including Phase 1 pharmacology protocol development. This individual will lead medical writing projects and prepare high-quality scientific and regulatory documents to support clinical development activities.

Education:

• PhD or PharmD in Life Sciences preferred (with 5+ years of experience)
• MS in Life Sciences acceptable (with 7+ years of experience)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in medical writing for the pharmaceutical industry
• Hands-on experience with Phase 1 pharmacology protocols
• Lead and manage the creation of clinical and regulatory documents, including:
• Protocols, Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), and Investigator Brochures (IBs)
• Briefing documents, subject narratives, and pharmacokinetic reports
• IND/NDA/BLA submissions (ISS, ISE, product labeling, overviews, etc.)
• Act as the medical writing representative in cross-functional project teams.
• Interpret data from statistical outputs and translate into clear, scientifically accurate narratives.
• Preferred: experience with CNS/neuroscience compounds

Additional Details:

Duration:12 Months with the possibility of extension

Pay range: $64.44- $73.65

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
