Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with a strong background in Manufacturing modules and processes . The consultant will be responsible for engaging with business stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, configuring Business Central, and ensuring successful solution delivery for manufacturing-focused business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with business users to understand manufacturing, production, and supply chain processes.
• Configure and implement core Business Central modules (Manufacturing, Production Orders, BOM, MRP, Shop Floor, Inventory, Costing, etc.).
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for development and integrations.
• Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training.
• Support data migration and post-implementation stabilization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with operational goals and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV implementations.
• Proven functional expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules .
• Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP processes : procurement, production, inventory, costing, and sales.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, and go-live support .
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.
• Experience with integration between Business Central and other enterprise systems (CRM, PLM, etc.).
• Exposure to Power Platform and Reporting tools (Power BI).
